PREACHER
Jason Smith
Raised in the nurturing environment of a Christian home in Wyoming County, Jason has been preaching the gospel for over 20 years. For as long as he can remember, he has been interested in the work of the church. Shortly after being baptized for the remission of his sins at the age of 9, Jason began taking an active part in worship services, such as leading singing and helping with serving communion. Upon graduating from high school, Jason enrolled in studies at Tennessee Bible College to better prepare for service in the church. After graduating from TBC in 2003, Jason preached for the church of Christ in Boomer, WV, for over 18 years.
In addition to serving the church, Jason serves his community as a licensed social worker and is also a member of the Lions Club. Jason loves music and has played the clarinet in local community bands. He is eager to get to know you and work with you on your spiritual journey to know God better.
